The appointment was never the care.
Women's health clinics don't lose patients because the medicine fails. They lose them in the silence between visits. The follow‑up that never came, the woman who never felt expected. I build the systems that end the silence. And I say the quiet part out loud on the Wellness & Growth Journeys podcast.
One question runs under everything I do: how are women seen, served, and valued: in their healthcare, in their businesses, in their own reflection? Too often the answer is "not enough." My work is to change the answer.
Strategist. Agency owner. Podcast host. But strip the titles and it's one job: I find the exact place a real woman falls through the cracks, and I build the system that catches her. The perimenopause patient no clinic bothered to follow up with. The woman who booked once and vanished because nobody made her feel expected. The midlife body erased from the very brands that claim to serve her. I don't do surface tactics. I architect the thing that actually holds.
And I build it from the inside, walking my own way through perimenopause, running a company as the breadwinner, raising a son, figuring out how to be seen as my whole self while I do it. That's not a disclaimer. It's the whole reason the work is any good.
One builds the systems. One builds the case for why they matter. Together they're the whole argument: that the care doesn't end when the appointment does.
Patient Experience Systems for boutique perimenopause, menopause, and HRT clinics: automated journeys that turn a first inquiry into a lasting care relationship, without adding to your team's plate. The audit, the frameworks, the build.
wellnessgrowthagency.comConversations with practitioners, researchers, and women navigating perimenopause and midlife: the clinical realities, the business behind the care, and the honest middle of it all.
Listen to the show →Empowering women's health through the conversations most people are too polite to have. Each episode sits with the practitioners, researchers, and women rewriting what care looks like in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, and refuses to pretend the appointment is where care ends.
If you serve women in this season, or you're living it yourself, this is the room for you.
"The appointment is not the care. The care is everything that happens around it."
I speak to clinics, institutions, and practitioner communities about patient experience in women's health: why women drop out of midlife care, and what the people who serve them can actually do about it. Practical frameworks, practitioner-tested, no hype.
